Website assistance
Website forms and digital assistants help collect service information and organize work orders. They do not replace a licensed locksmith’s inspection, judgment, estimate, or approval.
Service information
Descriptions, availability, response times, and estimates are informational until confirmed by Veteran Lock & Safe. Emergency conditions should be handled by phone and, when appropriate, local emergency services.
Private work-order desk
Only authorized technicians and staff may use the private work-order desk. Do not upload information unrelated to the job or share login access.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to request instructions for defeating locks, safes, alarms, or access controls. We may refuse or escalate requests that appear unsafe, unlawful, or outside our services.
